3 types of training:- Initial training: employee trained to carry out the role on entering post.
- Professional development : employee trained to carry out the role while in post :- specific role modules (regular activity)
- Professionnalisation contract (professional development according to a set structured programme)
- Personal training: right to individual training (France: DIF)
- Option for mixed training - depending on Call Expert requirements and the skills to be acquired by employees.
