3 types of training:

  • Initial training: employee trained to carry out the role on entering post.
  • Professional development : employee trained to carry out the role while in post :- specific role modules (regular activity)
  • Professionnalisation contract (professional development according to a set structured programme)
  • Personal training: right to individual training (France: DIF)
  • Option for mixed training - depending on Call Expert requirements and the skills to be acquired by employees.
